Cancellations Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, when you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or attendance to one of our live coaching events.

In all circumstances, F7 Social Media Limited will endeavour to recoup any costs incurred as a result, but this is not always possible. Therefore, our standard cancellation policy is:

• For cancellation on the day of the event/appointment, 100% of the value will be charged.
• For cancellation within 7 days of the event/appointment, 50% will be charged.
• No charge will be made with notifications of 7 days or more.
